  Ed Marshall. Phone number 360-702-7192. He is fairly new to Battle Ground, but is licensed. He has installed the 220 needed for our shop lights and compressor in the garage, outlet boxes for power supplies in the garage, configured a 3-set light switch setup in our living room so we have a switch to turn on the light before we walk into the garage, and took our two light outlets in the garage and re-wired them to 4 fluorescent outlets. All very reasonably priced and professional. We will soon be hiring him to upgrade our kitchen lights to something brighter.
