  For bread... "when pigs fly" brand makes sourdough bread and a tuscan wheat that are vegan. Not all of their flavors are vegan though... their 100 % whole wheat is not vegan (has honey in it). https://www.sendbread.com/nutrition.php Sold at whole foods.
