Kimberly Yates is the owner of the Yates Estates Team real estate group in Cumming, GA. In 2007, Ms. Yates received Rookie of the Year from Results Realty Brokerage and The 400 North Board of Realtors. In 2008 through 2015, she received various awards for Agent of the Year and over 40 Agent of the Month Awards. She has been ranked top 10 in the nation for number of units sold in one year and #1 on the 400 North Board of Realtors from 2013-1014. In addition, she earned Pinnacle Centurion and Double Centurion Awards from Century 21 among other accolades. Currently, Ms. Yates is one of the top agents in the state of Georgia. In 2015 alone she grossed over $30 million in sales. Kimberly now owns and runs one of the largest and most successful teams in Georgia with over 32 licensed realtors on her team and upwards of 200 listings with Keller Williams Community Partners.
