  Kathy, I do love to cook, I have a small catering business. I only have one regular client. I am looking to expand, I recently discovered Thumbtack Professionals. I registered as a caterer and have received 8 requests for quotes in the past few days, it costs to send quotes so I am looking to get a bit more experience with larger groups before I can start sending quotes. I can do 10-20, but I currently lack the equipment to do much more, I need chafing dishes and such. I could use the cheap ones I can get at the dollar store, but it doesn't look very professional.
