Cesar came to clean our carpet that was SO nasty you do NOT want to know the icky-sticky details; but I will say, one of my tried and true totally house-broken dogs experienced carpet for the first time and apparently mistook it for grass - several times a day. UGGGHHHHH! Cesar came to the rescue and completely eradicated EVERYTHING causing the odors, so of course the smell was gone too. I'm telling you - this carpet cleaning job had to be one of the worst possible, and he TOTALLY reversed the problem.
