About us

Hail Seitan began in 2015 as a pop-up collective of creative experimental vegan chefs, working together in a non-hierarchical co-operative kitchen, at Coachwerks, Brighton. We are currently focusing on event catering for weddings, meeting, birthdays etc as well as inhouse catering at Coachwerks and working alongside Bartlebys Brewery every Sunday for summer BBQs.
