  We just recently used Joe's Tree Service 925 381 3328 and were extremely pleased. He exceeded our expectations. I am an original owner in TC South and was driving home and saw his truck outside a neighbor's house, who has lived here almost as long as I have. I had him come down and give me an estimate, and then I realized he was a local man, who was raised in this neighborhood. I didn't get any other estimates, but I didn't want to as I wanted to give him the business; however, from what I have heard he was lower priced that what most people have paid. Pat
