  Sonia S. wrote: I booked the silver party for my 3year old son. I wasnt hapoy at all with the service that was provided. They mixed up my package firstly and whn I raised my concerns they were overlooked. I was promised 20 sweetcones and they failed to give me any. My party was to cater 20 children, however I only had 14. I was told I could take the extra food back home with me as i paid for 20 children. At the end of the party I was rushed out with my guests and the extra snacks were taken back. Some of the children at the party wanted 2 glitter tattoos and they were told they couldnt and it was only one per child. My point was that I paid for a package of 20. So if a couple of children wanted an extra tattoo then why were they turned away. A couple of the guests were also told that the toilets are out of use at the venue, this is disgusting as some kids couldnt use the facilities along with adults. When concerns were raised I was told that a £10 refund will be given despite all the mistakes. I believe £10 isnt enough at all. Later they delivered the sweet cones to me which was too late anyway but i accepted. When i opened the box that was delivered with sweetcones in, I was given 19 sweetcones instead of 20 and also the sweetcones were not filled with sweets they were just sugarpuffs. Again when i raised my concerns they were ignored. I will NEVER use this company again. Please save your money and hassle. Do not use these scams.
