I started off as a dancer, which I did for many years, leading me all the way to London. But whilst there a change in career path happened, leading me to Personal Training.
What will I bring to you? Well, I can give you the tools and motivation to help you reach your goals. I will listen to what you want, and with the best knowledge, help you understand how you can reach those goals. I will work alongside you to make sure you’re happy with your program and ensure you want to come to the gym.
My aim is to build that relationship with you to get the best results. But overall, I want to help you feel that you have done it yourself, you've reached your goals!
