I have a toilet that needs its wax seal replaced, a non weight bearing column on the front porch that needs to be secured, a little concrete work done in the back yard and some drywall tape repaired on a ceiling in the bedroom. (the inspector claims it is water damage - though in the report he states there is no evidence of water damage or a leak).
