  Good God Almighty! I have yet to find an honest to god electrician and floor person that will even come out to look at a job I have. Unreal! Been through 5 different people now. Whats going on here? I heard this is called Slowvannah? They just don't seem to care about even giving an estimate or following up. I am trying to find an electrician to wire up my clothes dryer to work in the shed out back and someone to pull up the furnace grate on the floor and replace it with wood. The ones that do show like to stand around and shoot the shit and never call back.

  Hi neighbors. I'm looking for advice... I have a 6' wooden privacy fence in my backyard. Over the past several months a large oleander on the lane side of the fence has cause it to lean inward, towards my yard. The oleander has been removed, but the fence still leans.
