For example: A building inspection shows traces of moisture/mould on some 2x4's in the attic which need to be replaced; some thermostats in the house need to be replaced, and other smaller jobs.   Hi Janet, the thermostats, etc sound pretty straight forward but if you're going to be replacing webs on the trusses in the attic, this is important work, not to be taken lightly.
