Looking for a personal trainer/physical therapist to help recover from c-section. I had an emergent c-section about two weeks ago and when I’m cleared for exercise by my Dr, I’d like to find a physical therapist or personal trainer that specializes in this recovery. I’m in Ballantyne, so South Park and further south would be ideal to travel to. I appreciate any guidance you might have.
Thanks!
Edit- thanks for the down vote Charlotte! Sorry I’m not complaining about the rush hour traffic, road construction or idiot drivers.

Looking for some of your favorite evidence-based glute max, hip external rotator, and glute med progressions for a 26 year old female runner/athlete with PFPS who is tolerating treatment well. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
