  James B. wrote: Twice. I walked in there once and they didn't have the parts that would be common in any hardware store or home hardware store and they didn't have a common door knob set. And then I called them on the phone about automotive keying and they could not even recommend to me anyone that does that. Just Google it they said. Bunch of goofy chicks there that don't know anything. I don't know how they stay in business seriously.
