  I'm looking for a referral to a lawyer who specializes in real estate and working with investors rather than retail buyers. Specific areas include: creative financing, private lending, quick closings, and preferably someone in a smaller practice rather than a large firm. Translation; less expensive than a large corporate attorney plus I like to help local small business :-) since we are all friends here and these are strictly opinions, also feel free to mention anyone that I should avoid if you've had an unpleasant experience.
