  Nicola W. wrote: Builders who have said to me they were dyslexic an email or signed document should still be sent. if this person says don't send emails please do. Someone else can always read it to him/them. An email stating your requirements is important so you can reconfirm type of work you want within that email. I suggest people go via a registered Architect and builder.
