I have a few pieces that need to be repaired so took them into one of the small, indpendent places in the city centre and this morning got a phone call to say that basically, it was too much work! Admittedly one of them does need quite a bit of restoration work but I'm happy to pay good money for this as they are all good pieces and they have a lot of sentimental value to me.
