  We are really impressed with Tri-State Window & Door out of LaGrange and Quincy. They are a two man operation (and I love supporting small family businesses). Every aspect of working with them was great: nice selection, good communication, free quotes with complete explanations, very competitive pricing, timely, courteous, very upfront and honest. And they stand behind their product. About 5 years ago, we had them replace all our downstairs windows and our front door. We have been very pleased. One window recently showed a defect. We called them up, explained what we were seeing. Within an hour, we had a call back that our window was under warranty and our replacement was already on order, and they will be replacing it completely free of charge.
