Need a recommendation for someone who can try to recover from a portable hard drive that isn’t responding.
James N. replied:
Christy: I'd be glad to take a look at it, and let you know prior to charging anything. Provided the drive isn't physically damaged, I've been able to recover files on most occasions. www.jimnay.com. business line 615.443.4842. I am in need of a terrific computer service person/company that can solve issues in my assisted living building. I am having network issues, weak and dropped signals, etc. I've already paid someone a lot of money and nothing is better. We are frustrated and losing patience. Got any recommendations?

Any recommendations for computer repair? I have a laptop that needs a new DC jack soldered in and a new power supply. Looking for a pretty quick turnaround and not someone who is going to want to keep the computer for weeks. Thanks!
