  Clark P. wrote: Terrible experience with this company's service. Three months to finish having my roof replaced. They charged me $75 labor to take down my satellite and put it back on the roof. They assured me that I wouldn't lose service. Well they took it off and it never worked. Had to pay Direct TV to come back out and fix it. So I got charged double. The it took them over 1 1/12 months to come back and wrap the aluminum window and garage flashing. They called and said they tried to do the work one random and had to leave because my car was I. The driveway. They never called me before coming out! Then they said they would be there the next day and didn't show up! Then they came back and did the work and didn't even tell me they were coming to work on my house. They damaged my siding during the roof repairs and it took 3 months to get them to fix it. Phone calls went unanswered and every time the promised a time to be at my house they didn't show up or complete the work. I even set an appointment time to give them my insurance check- AND THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. Then asked me to reschedule. This company is awful. Absolutely shoddy craftsmanship. Reinstalled and rain diverter that was all bent up. Thanks for nothing.
