  http://www.cattownoakland.org/ Check this place out, Donna. They have had a 167% increase in adoptions for the OAS. And they are hoping to expand to help even more kittehs. The first in the US :)

  Would love to have this! We have so many abandoned buildings that could possibly be used. The Cat Town Cafe in Oakland is doing a wonderful job of finding homes for the cats of the Oakland Animal Shelter. :) Progressive, and innovative thinking
