Amy Humphries, we have not had the work done yet. Too busy to deal with it right now. But we did pick a company we were very happy with and will hire when the time comes. http://www.collincreekductcleaning.com/ They seemed to be very legit in an industry that our research shows can be very dishonest. Their price was inline with what the service should cost (too cheap is a huge red flag) and we liked their process for doing the duct cleaning.
