  Joe, you want a company that will soft wash or 'low pressure clean' the tile roof. Too many surface integrity risks associated with using pressure on tile or shingle roofs. I own a commercial pressure washing company, we don't do residential, but I've seen others on here say good things about Mallard. I can also recommend a company called Splash & Dash - owned by a good friend who has been in the business for 25 years (Greg - (321) 624-0576)
