  Evening. I have a question: last night my girlfriend was knocked off her bike by a motor vehicle on the junction of Carlton Road and Castlebar Road. She has suffered cuts, abrasions and bruising and the bike wheel is written off. I have photographed all of this for the records. I took the name of the driver. Can anyone recommend the best course of action to claim for damages? I've already contacted Bott & Co solicitors and I'm waiting a call back. Thanks.
