  Darcy, I have a place online ( http://copyartwork.com/ ) that I use to convert raster graphics (the stuff that most people use on websites) to vector which is suitable for printing (and scaling - meaning sure, you can make your logo smaller, but when you try and make it bigger, it distorts and pixelates - thats why you need it vectorized). I'm only guessing that's what you're trying to do, print or use a graphic to make t-shirts or some other "print" task. For basic graphics (like a logo) they charge $14. Usually turn around is less than 24 hours. But being Christmas Eve and all, I dunno how quick this week. Company is in California.
