YOGA CLASS SUGGESTIONS?
Hi everyone! Looking for suggestions for gentle Yoga classes that take place preferably early morning on week days. I would be looking for a class gentle enough or even geared towards people who need just simple / easy movements and stretches... (good for seniors / those less flexible or with chronic pain conditions etc).
Any ideas?! :) Looking forward to hearing your suggestions.
Looking in the New Hope Lambertville area but would consider traveling a bit outside of town for the right class!
