  There is one on 21 st near Pints and Pies pub. It is all redone and really nice. Think $1,000 a month and is a 3 bedroom. Nice place with a yard 1 1/2 baths call Paul at 610-248-0488. I was going to rent it but was having a hard time coming up with the move in costs. he wants 1 1/2 month security too. Water sewer and trash is included. Gas heat, washer/dryer hook up and the basement is dry and nice.
