Who-Gives-A-Hoop is a Los Angeles based custom made Hula Hoop business, started by festival goers/hoop dancers who are driven to spread the love on all the hooping fun! We specialize in custom made hoops that are not only beautiful but affordable, we want to work with you to pick the best size and style hoop for your daily life; whether you are looking to pick up a new hobbie, join the hoop fitness circle, or are a seasoned hoop dancer and festival goer our goal is to make all your hoop dreams come true!
For orders please include: Size, color tubing, tape options/color scheme, collapsible/non-collapsible, and origin.

If you live in the Southern California area you can opt to have your hoop hand delivered to cut shipping costs down, but we are more than happy to ship them out per request!
