  For 14 years, the Utah Attorney General's office has been actively seeking to undermine property rights protections put in place by a 2000 voter initiative. We caught them red-handed in gutting many of those protections last year. Now, a bill we've proposed will seek to restore those protections and reverse the changes made last year.
