We have lived in this home for almost a year and can't afford to use a realtor if we can help it. We have done this before for a flat fee but can't find the company we have used in the past?   Betsy, not sure who you went with but we used http://www.housepad.com/ a couple years ago and it worked well for us - along with the help of a realtor friend we could bounce questions off of!

  Sell it your self. I used housepad.com. Got me on MLS system realtor.com etc. just offer between 3-3.5% commission and buyer agents will show it. Of course you might get lucky like us and not have to pay any if no agent is involved.
