  Nancy R. wrote: The owner "Chuck" doesn't follow through. He lets his emotions guide his business. He doesn't finish the job and refuses to give you an actual date of when he will be there. I paid 400.00 to have the tree removed and now I have an 8' stump I have to look at. He has told me he would be here to "finish" it. He has even promised. However, I still have an 8' stump I'm staring at more than a month later!

I do not care about yard getting damaged during the process because I am going to redo the yard. They are very tall and valuable trees at a mill.
