  Seems like you have a bunch of ideas here, but just to throw out ours... we are currently using Autumn at http://www.musiclessonsonwheels.org/. Cool thing about them is that they do the lesson at your house! Very nice teacher and our 7 year old has grown a ton. They even had a recital last month.
