  Maitri Yoga studio at L'Corro shopping centre offers small personal classes. See the website for the schedule at www.maitri.co.za. We have two more classes this week, tonight at 6 and Saturday at 8:30 am. Normal schedule resumes on 9 January. Come try a free class and see if you like it 😊

  I had back problems too. Yoga helped a lot. We have evening classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm at our studio in the L'Corro shopping centre. See our website for details at www.maitri.co.za 😊
