Can anyone recommend a plumber? Something is leaking from my house into the septic system.

Redman Services is the one I use for all of my listings. He's also done work for several homeowners in the neighborhood, with positive reviews. 254-547-3089
We have a bad smell coming from our bathroom sink a few times a week. We were told the water is not staying in the drain which keeps the smell from coming up the pipe. When we smell it we turn on the water and the smell subsides. However, I dont this is a good solution. The smell seems to come from under the sink and not the drain. Can anyone recommend a plumber who can get to the bottom of this. It is driving me crazy. Thanks

You should have a p-trap under the sink that creates an s-shaped curve. It's designed for water to settle in that area, which blocks the drain and keeps the smell from coming up from your septic. If you can't figure it out, call Redman Plumbing at 254-547-3089. He's done a lot of work in the neighborhood and has gotten good reviews. He's coming out to the neighborhood probably tomorrow to work on one of my listings on Cayuga. Tell him you're in the same neighborhood and he may be able to take care of yours at the same time.
I need suggestions for a new AC guy....?
Our drainage pipes on the back porch have been leaking non stop for months and our AC guy can't seem to fix it.

The leaky pvc pipe is your secondary AC condensate drain line. This should never leak. This means your primary drain line (usually a flexible black hose near your exterior AC condensor) is clogged. This is usually caused by mildew, or grass, or bugs getting caught in the line. Your primary drain line can put out 12 gallons of water per day in the summer. That's normal. But anything coming from your secondary drain line isn't. As Donna said, pour bleach or vinegar into the the drain lines at the interior AC unit every month or two. AC guy should immediately know how to fix the problem. They blow out the line with air. Try Christianson AC and Plumbing 254-773-7175 or Redman Services 254-547-3089.
Looking for plumber recommendations for a job in Cove. Pro bono would be perfect, but will settle for fair priced, trustworthy, & experienced. Our preferred plumber is unable to do the job. :( Anyone have any faves?

Redman Services. They handle a lot of repairs on my listings in Harker Heights, but they are actually based in Cove. Small company, quality work, good prices. 254-547-3089
Does anyone know a good plumber? Got a leak from my second floor impacting my kitchen ceiling.

I use Redman Plumbing, 254-547-3089. The lady who handles appointments can be a little brusque, but the guy who comes out is great, and prices are reasonable.
