Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage - a full body massage using massage oils/ waxes, a mixture of swedish massage and some deeper pressure work, manipulation techniques. It focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscle fibers / connective tissues. Especially alleviate chronic aches / pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Also relieve from stresses, fatigue, bad blood circulation and poor immune system.
Pregnancy Massage - helps the expectant mother to relax, supporting her body during a period of physiological change and helping to prepare the whole body for birth. Reduces muscular discomfort, back aches and pain of joints, swelling, improves blood circulation, lymphatic drainage.
Price - 60min - £40, 90min - £60 at my home in SE6
£10 extra for visit, less 30min drive from SE6
Pregnancy massage only needs a 60 min treatment.
The first treatment will take a little longer to include a case history.
