  We have used Manuel's twice. Both on island and island to Mainland. Not sure how far north they go, but they worked well and were reasonable. http://www.manuelstransfer.com/ Whoever they go with I strongly recommend taking the extra time to get a flat rate quote. That way u don't pay extra if you underestimate your box-count or time.
