  We bought a house in Parker in June that had a finished basement. We need to add two bedrooms and rearrange the current bathroom to make a hall way. The two bedrooms will be where it is currently a big open room. We need recommendations for a handyman or a construction company that will be willing a) to take on a smaller job and b) will work with a pre-existing finished basement. We've been told multiple times the job would not be "big" enough or they refuse to work on a basement that has already been finished by someone. Any recommendations? Thank you!!
