Looking for a personal trainer. I am looking to put weight on and get back into shape after being forced to quit riding. I am now able to ride and I am seeing a dietitian when I get back from my trip.
I am very active vital have little stamina or muscle currently weigh 85-90 pounds want to be 110-120
I prefer in a home or somewhere private I get nervous with a lot of people around
