My right leg has not been happy with me since Summer Series race #4. I'm thinking this is shin splints and not a stress fracture. I'm using a foam roller, bought new shoes (thanks to Soul2Sole), and even have compression sleeves.
If I'm able, I may be walking tomorrow's bonus run. (Hey, it's still moving forward!)
If this doesn't resolve soon, I'm heading to a doctor. I really want to do the Bakersfield half. Any suggestions on a good doc for sports medicine?
