To recap: We took our rescue dog, Sandy May 21, 2014, we paid "trainer" /owner Cate Sacks $4300 for her services. She said he was doing awesome, but the day after she cashed our last check for $ 2500, she drove our little 20lb terrier, Sandy to Chula Vista Shelter and ordered him killed for $15 behind our back. There is a pending lawsuit in San Diego Superior Court for fraud filed June 7, 2016. Sacks lied & sent fake, written email progress reports AFTER he was dead for almost two weeks to secure a rescue transfer from us. She also had our reviews removed from Yelp and Angies List. We have been harassed for telling our story, which is absolutely true.
