  I had Zach butler ground my system and put in an exterior outlet for my car. Came in priced the best and under the bid. Grew up a block from our house. (206) 579-1887 zach.bbelectric@gmail.com He did great work. Just for comparison, a company who I know the owner very well is 175$ for first half hour, and 75$ for each additional 1/2 hour. (New work was going to be priced on a case by case basis). Zach was 60$/hour.
