Brian was supposed to do a main floor bath, kitchen, replace all doors, and an upstairs bath. 13 weeks later... the main floor bath is still incomplete ( this was just a cosmetic redo, no moving of anything). If it ever does get finished, I will have to pay someone else to redo it. The tile job is horrible, the sink overlaps the shower tile, the wall sconce is not centered over the sink, not to mention that it has taken 13 WEEKS!!! Brian refuses to communicate his schedule with me, and is very disrespectful of my space. I will need to re landscape after he dumped all of his grout and tile water on my pants. He left garbage all over my front pavers, which will also need refinishing in the spring. He has never showed up before 10:30, and most days works about 3 hours. I am lucky if he's at my house more than once a week. Needless to say- he will not be doing the other projects in my home. While getting other bids from contractors for my other projects, 3 of them looked at the bathroom that Brian was working on, and said " do not let him touch anything else in your house" The timeline is unacceptable, the job done is unacceptable, and him yelling at me and refusing to communicate basic things are all unacceptable.
