Whitney G. asked:Ok it's crunch time! We already got married, just the two of us, but we're having a reception for friends and family to celebrate with us. It will be in the last weekend of October, either the 29th or 30th. We are on a budget and are having a Halloween themed reception. We need the following supplies/vendors that can work on a SUPER tight budget. We're going more for Halloween party with a wedding dress.
