  Well, if you are looking for experience, Bobby Luster-Studio 73 Salon is probably your guy! He has been doing foils since the technique was first introduced in the 80 s! He went to Chicago/New York learned the technique and is still teaching it to others. He teaches Barbering and Cosmetology and also serves on the Alabama State Board of Cosmetology. 334-213-2070

He also teaches Barbering and Cosmetology, is an expert color correction specialist, one of first in state of Alabama to do Foil highlites, and Gov. appointed member of Alabama State Board of Cosmetology.
