  This is a post on behalf of a friend who lives quite north who has just received a call that her uncle visiting from Australia has had a sudden stroke and is in Truro hospital with very little chance of survival ... She is looking for somewhere to stay so she can say her last goodbyes... Can anybody please recommend anywhere asap??

  The Victoria inn at threemilestone is within walking distance of the hospital I believe it's a guest house aswell as a pub? Or the county arms in highertown Truro?
