  Linger is owned by the same people as Root Down and is FANTASTIC! Very cool, in the Highlands. You may have the same problem with reservations, but it gives you an additional option.

  If you do Root Down, get your reservations ASAP, we usually have our "Psychics Dinner" there after the Celebrations Fair, but they were booked up last week.

  Linda Hardesty Reader, the food is pretty simple but so wonderfully prepared. To be honest, when I read the menu I wasn't sure about it but it was amazing-the pairings & combinations were great! There wasn't a single element we didn't love. I think their menu said 95% of their menu is organically sourced. Here's their website, you can check it out! http://www.rootdowndenver.com/

  Root Down does a raw menu the first Tuesday of every month. The chef was a raw foodist, vegan, and vegetarian for years.
