I began my love of clowning close to 25 years ago. I had children of my own, provided in house private day care for 7 years and taught nursery school for 5 years. I adore working with children. With my family grown I went to work full-time in a corporate world. I found I missed working with children and decided to try clowning around. I joined Clown Alleys (clubs) to learn more about the art of clowning and Clown Conventions became a regular pastime. Along the years I have developed many characters and can never seem to get enough of clowning around! I have also met outstanding and unforgettable clowns and other children’s entertainers.
My very first clown was Twinkle the Clown but I do other characters too! My most popular and busiest clown is Cracker Jacks the Clown a zany little boy clown full of fun and mischief. I have a great time with Maggie May the Bag Lady www.maggiemaythebaglady.com for older Birthday Parties, balloon deliveries or roasts. She provides off the wall good clean fun. I also offer seasonal characters Twink the Elf and Esmerelda the Witch. I can incorporate any of my characters to fit your theme.
Birthday Parties is our specialty but we are also available for Grand Openings, Corporate Functions, Holiday Parties, or any Grand Gathering. I can refer other quality clowns, pony rides, balloon sculptors, face painters, and many more unique party entertainers.
I have won numerous awards including placing in the top 10 as Melanie my Elegant Clown in an International Convention in NY. I also received a Bronze medal for single skit competition as Maggie May at ClownFest in NJ. I was awarded 2nd place for my skit as Twinkle the Clown in a Northeast Convention in MA. I placed first in group skits as Do Fuss the Clown at Spring in the Clowns in MA. and Cracker Jacks the Clown won a Silver medal at ClownFest in NJ for skit competition.
