  My friend Roger Cassidy is an arborist and does work in Newberg and McMinnville and other surrounding Portland areas. My husband does website management for him and he goes to our church. His website is: http://rctreescapes.com/ He's a really nice guy he was telling me how many tree laws there are about what you can and cannot cut down within certain time frames in OR but each county apparently has different laws. Give him a call.
