  Depends on what sort of quantity. London Glider make cider from windfall apples, so might be worth a shout. The Urban Orchard project would be a call too, although not sure how much they collect. http://www.theurbanorchardproject.org/

  Depends what scale you're after. I work for The Urban Orchard Project now so can't reveal all my sources. When it comes to urban scrumping it comes down to networking and making yourself known. Gotta be plenty in the Home Counties though.
