  Newbie to living in brush fire area question. Just bought a house in a designated brush fire area and we are having a hard time finding the right insurance. We have a quote from North Light Specialty (Allstate) but it mentions disclaimers about not being subject to restrictions in state (because they operate outside of California). Any advice and/or recommendations is much appreciated. We've had several companies flat out say they don't insure in that area. Thank you for your time.
